a story about a young girl who discovers a magical forest at the end of the garden. one day the magic disappears, but she finds the rest of the world outside the forest instead.
planks of wood from the garden, a large quantity of nails, oil paint, watercolour, tissue paper, newspaper, ink, acetone transfer, medium transfer, origami, a bit of tree, thread, biro etcc it's made from the forest it's about. i'm not entirely sure if it's finished yet or not, i might add more to it later. final piece for my art A2 coursework. painted mostly at 4am the night before the deadline :> |
